Confusingly similar brands in China?

At least the Swedish law is very clear about the criterias for registration of a trademark and the exclusiveness that comes with it. One thing is, that no one else has the right to use your trademark, or a trademark confusingly similar to yours, without your permission. During my travel in China this june, I stumbled upon some interesting brands in Kunming, capital of the Yunnan province in the south east of China. You can decide by yourself but for me they are confusingly similar to some famous brands.

A brief comment can be made that China in fact is considered to have one of the best IP laws, copied from Germany. But it is of course also important how well it can be enforced.
